IT Consulting

Technology that fits your finance team, your controls and your regulators — chosen and implemented by people who understand all three.

  • Pakistan
  • United Arab Emirates
  • United Kingdom
  • Saudi Arabia

Overview

We are advisers who also build software, and it shows: we choose and configure systems around the tax, reporting, control and data-protection requirements that matter in Pakistan, the Gulf and the UK — not the other way round. From an ERP selection to a cybersecurity gap analysis, our work links technology decisions to business risk.

Our own solution, Veridian E-invoicing Pakistan, connects businesses to FBR's Digital Invoicing System and includes a REST API for existing ERPs and POS systems. For Saudi operations, we review ZATCA e-invoicing (FATOORA) readiness and support integration of your existing systems.

Delivered from our Karachi head office for clients across Pakistan, the Middle East, Europe and the USA.

What we do

How we help

IT governance

IT strategy, policies and governance frameworks aligned with COBIT and ISO/IEC 27001, sized for your organisation.

Cybersecurity assessments

Maturity assessments and gap analysis against recognised frameworks — ISO/IEC 27001, the NCA Essential Cybersecurity Controls and Cyber Essentials — with a prioritised remediation roadmap.

IT risk & internal control reviews

IT general controls reviews — access rights, change management, backups and segregation of duties — for management, boards and your external auditors.

Data protection compliance

Data mapping, privacy notices, policies and breach procedures for UK GDPR, the DIFC Data Protection Law, ADGM regulations, the UAE PDPL and the Saudi PDPL.

ERP selection & go-live support

Requirements, vendor shortlists and scripted demonstrations, then implementation assurance — chart of accounts, tax configuration, data migration and testing — before you go live.

Digital transformation & cloud

Transformation roadmaps, cloud strategy and migration planning, and automation of reconciliations, reporting and approvals.

E-invoicing integration (FBR & ZATCA)

Connecting ERPs and POS systems to FBR Digital Invoicing through our software's REST API, Tier-1 retailer POS integration, and ZATCA e-invoicing readiness reviews.

Dashboards & RegTech

Power BI and Excel dashboards for sales, margins, cash and compliance, and RegTech tools that keep filing calendars and evidence in one place.

FAQs

Common questions

Can our existing ERP report invoices to FBR?

Usually yes. Our software exposes a REST API: your ERP sends each invoice, and we validate it, report it to FBR and return the FBR invoice number and QR code to print. Read Choosing your FBR e-invoicing route.

Do you sell a particular ERP?

No. We are vendor-independent in ERP selection: we help you define requirements, compare vendors and test them against your processes, then provide implementation assurance while your chosen partner configures the system. Our own software is limited to FBR e-invoicing.

Can UK GDPR or the Saudi PDPL apply to a Pakistani company?

They can. UK GDPR can apply to organisations outside the UK that offer goods or services to, or monitor, individuals in the UK. Saudi Arabia's PDPL covers processing of personal data relating to individuals in the Kingdom, including by entities outside it. If you hold customer or employee data from these countries, a short applicability review is worthwhile.

What is ZATCA e-invoicing?

FATOORA is Saudi Arabia's e-invoicing regime. Phase one (generation) has applied to VAT-registered businesses since December 2021; phase two (integration) requires businesses to connect their systems to ZATCA's platform and is rolled out in waves selected by turnover, each notified in advance. See our KSA VAT, Zakat and e-invoicing guide.

Do you help with ISO/IEC 27001 certification?

We help you prepare: scoping, gap analysis, risk assessment, policies, an implementation plan and internal audits of your information security management system. Certification itself is granted by an accredited certification body.
