Shahjahan leads the company's strategy, governance and growth. He brings more than 12 years of progressive experience across six audit firms in Pakistan and the UAE, including a Forvis Mazars network firm, with deep expertise in IFRS reporting, ISA-based assurance and AML/CFT compliance.

Bilal is a member of both ICAP and ACCA. He brings more than six years of external audit and assurance experience across the UAE, Saudi Arabia and Pakistan with member firms of the KPMG and Forvis Mazars networks, and deep technical command of IFRS and ISAs.

Abdul Hannan is a chartered accountant (ICAP). He brings more than six years with member firms of the EY and BDO networks, leading audits and IFRS reporting work for clients in Pakistan and the Middle East, and working directly with CFOs and finance teams.
