Abdul Hannan Ahmed Sheikh is a Founder Director of Veridian Partners and a member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan. He brings rigorous IFRS, risk-assessment and reporting expertise to the company's accounting, financial reporting and corporate advisory work.
Over more than six years with member firms of the EY and BDO global networks — as an Assistant Manager and, before that, as an Audit Lead In-charge — he has led audits for clients in Pakistan and the Middle East across construction, manufacturing, hospitality, oil and gas, trading and information technology.
He has acted as the primary liaison with CFOs and finance teams, resolved complex IFRS 16 and trade receivable matters for multinational clients and identified control weaknesses in revenue recognition that helped a Middle East client mitigate fraud risk. He works fluently with EY Canvas, EY's AI-enabled audit tools and BDO's APT Next Gen.
